Since the beginning it was clear she was not interested in closing the first house we liked. She made sure to point out the pros and cons of each property and was not afraid to tell us the flaws she sees when walking the properties with us. Making sure it was the right house for us.
Always has great response time through text or phone, and would get in touch with sellers asap of any property we were even slightly interested in. When in a bidding war she was also quick to remind us of comparable properties in the area and talk about the disclosures or next steps of that particular property, making sure we didn't get caught up in the heat of the moment.

The feedback from my neighbors was that she is very responsive which to them meant the world. Her knowledge of the local market is beyond impressive. She guides you and helps you through the entire process making what is a very stressful time easier.
She takes calls when on vacation, answers to text messages in the evenings, and answered any question sent her way. She would go out of her way to put you in touch with resources to help make decisions.
